The Plumpp Way.
Step 1: RINSE
Rinse the sea moss and remove any sea debris or particles. Be sure to use filtered, spring or alkaline water!
Step 2: SOAK
Place your sea moss in a large bowl and cover it with filtered, alkaline or fresh spring water. Make sure all the sea moss is fully submerged. Cover in the bowl and allow it to soak for at least 12-24 hours.
Step 3: STRAIN
Once the Sea Moss is done soaking, place a bowl under a strainer to collect the water the sea moss had been soaking in. It is now ready to use! You can leave it in the sea moss state or if prepare a sea moss gel!
Step 4: BLEND
To make a gel, add the sea moss to a high-powered blender along with 2-5 cups of soaking water. Blend until it is a smooth consistency.

Step 5: STORE
Transfer the sea moss into an airtight container and refrigerate. The sea moss gel will thicken in the fridge after 2 hours!
